The Twisted Shot is a ready-to-drink 2 oz liquid ACV wellness shot combining organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar with ginger, turmeric, honey, cinnamon, and cayenne. This is the one format in the ACV category that actually delivers on the mechanism the marketing invokes — a 2 oz (60 ml) shot at organic-vinegar concentration delivers roughly the same acid load as the 15-30 ml straight-vinegar doses used in the Johnston 2004 and White 2007 glycemic trials, in the correct pre-meal-liquid format. Added ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon each have small evidence bases for GI comfort, anti-inflammatory signaling, and modest glucose modulation respectively; the honey adds ~4-8 g of sugar which slightly offsets glycemic benefit. Standard tier — legitimate delivery format, honest liquid product, mid-band held there by added sugar (glycemic offset), dental-enamel risk from repeated acid exposure, and the fact that homemade liquid ACV is cheaper.
