The category as a whole underperforms marketing — meta-analyses of OTC thermogenic stacks show 1-2% additional weight loss over placebo across 8-12 week studies, effect sizes that are clinically small versus the caloric-deficit fundamentals fat loss actually requires. Project AD's fat-burner formulations use proprietary blend disclosure with a stimulant complex that combines caffeine, yohimbine, and often synephrine or DMHA-class compounds where per-ingredient doses are hidden.
