Orphic Nutrition ACV Gummies deliver 1,000 mg of ACV per serving 'with the Mother' plus added Vitamin B12 in a chewable gummy. Orphic is a legitimate mid-market DTC supplement brand. Same core problems as other ACV gummies: pectin-based gummy matrix buffers the acetic acid and eliminates the pre-meal timing window that positive glycemic trials (Johnston 2004, White 2007) required. 1,000 mg per serving is 3-6x below the studied liquid-equivalent trial dose, and delivery format breaks the mechanism regardless. Added B12 is a mild positive for the small subset of users with deficiency but is not why anyone should choose an ACV product. Rejected on evidence + delivery format.
