Fruit-body sourcing (vs. mycelium-on-grain, which is common in cheap Lion's Mane products) is a meaningful quality signal because the erinacines associated with nerve-growth-factor stimulation are concentrated in the fruit body. Small farm-scale operation with real vertical integration.
