Irish sea moss (Chondrus crispus) does contribute iodine, but that is a caution (potential thyroid overdose) rather than a benefit, and the frequently repeated '92 of 102 minerals' claim is biologically nonsense. Bladderwrack adds more iodine plus theoretical thyroid-hormone activity that is not clinically established. Burdock has traditional-medicine credibility but no RCTs supporting the immunity/detox claims typically stacked with this combo. hellohealth is a low-signal DTC brand with no visible COA, no cGMP disclosure, and no potency assay for the combined iodine load.
