Lymphatic Cleanse is a Prairie Star Botanicals single-ingredient liquid extract containing Lymphatic Cleanse (proprietary blend of Cleavers, Red Root, Burdock, Calendula, Red Clover, Heal All, Ground Ivy, Figwort, Mayapple), positioned for "cleanse" and lymphatic-support. Mayapple (Podophyllum peltatum) contains podophyllotoxin — a real cytotoxic compound used in topical wart treatment (Podofilox) and as the parent for etoposide chemotherapy. Internal use has documented severe toxicity including fatalities. No RCT evidence supports lymphatic "cleanse" positioning. Mayapple podophyllotoxin is genuinely toxic internally (GI necrosis, neuropathy, cytopenia); not for pregnancy; short-course only. Prairie Star Botanicals is a small US herbalist line built around locally-harvested (where possible) single-herb liquid extracts. The single-ingredient tincture format is honest — you can see exactly what you're taking.
