Maca at 1.5-3g/day has RCT evidence for sexual desire in men and women (Gonzales 2002; Shin 2010 review) and may modestly improve sexual function without changing serum hormones. Ginseng at 200-400mg standardized Panax has small-trial ED evidence. But this SKU discloses neither per-active mg nor standardization percentages, and a 30-tablet count suggests a one-per-day format — meaning if the tablet holds 500mg total, the maca dose is likely 250-350mg, well below the 1.5-3g/day used in trials.
