Guggul Tincture is single-ingredient liquid tincture Guggul (Commiphora mukul). Guggul is a foundational Ayurvedic resin used for cholesterol and joint conditions. Guggulsterones are the standardized markers. Szapary 2003 US trial found no benefit for LDL cholesterol; some Indian trials show benefit. Effect on cholesterol is uncertain and appears preparation-dependent. GI upset, skin rash possible. Anticoagulant and thyroid effects. Numerous drug interactions. Traditional use with weak or inconsistent RCT support. Garden Organics is a small US-based single-ingredient herbal line; every product is one botanical in capsule or tincture form (no proprietary blends).
