Oral/sublingual/nasal glutathione spray — bioavailability is the central issue. Oral glutathione is largely broken down in the GI tract before absorption; liposomal encapsulation improves this substantially (Sinha 2018), but 'spray' format without liposomal disclosure suggests standard aqueous glutathione which absorbs poorly. Effective glutathione elevation: (1) NAC + glycine precursor supplementation (Sekhar 2021 GlyNAC study, oral 1.33 g/kg each), (2) IV glutathione, (3) liposomal oral. Spray format sits in the lowest-evidence tier.
