Vitamin C has Grade A evidence for scurvy prevention and general antioxidant status at 90-200 mg/day; higher doses (500-2000 mg) have Grade B evidence for modest cold-duration reduction and Grade C for general immune support. Oral glutathione has a real pharmacokinetic problem — as a tripeptide it is largely hydrolyzed to component amino acids (cysteine, glutamate, glycine) in the gut before systemic absorption; direct glutathione supplementation has weaker evidence than oral N-acetylcysteine (NAC) as a glutathione precursor. Ghost Basics discloses doses. Standard tier — solid single-formula clean product, though the glutathione ingredient's oral bioavailability caveat holds the evidence score mid-range.
