Neurogan Health Fisetin Capsules deliver 500 mg of fisetin per capsule sourced from Rhus succedanea (Japanese wax tree) fruit extract, marketed for cellular health and 'healthy aging.' Fisetin is a flavonoid with real preclinical senolytic activity — Yousefzadeh 2018 (EBioMedicine) identified fisetin as the most potent of ten tested flavonoids for clearing senescent cells in mice, and Mayo Clinic launched a Phase 2 human trial (AFFIRM) in 2020 using 20 mg/kg for two consecutive days per month. Human outcome data are not yet published. 500 mg/day is well below the intermittent-dose regimen used in the Mayo trials (~1,400 mg/day for a 70 kg adult, for two days per month), so this SKU is dosed for daily general antioxidant support, not for the studied senolytic protocol. Standard tier — legitimate ingredient, correctly labeled, but the daily-low-dose regimen does not match the emerging senolytic evidence.
