Controlled Labs Blue Up is a T-support/anabolic formula from a mid-tier bodybuilding brand. Typical Blue Up formulations include D-aspartic acid, fenugreek, DIM, and often proprietary matrices in the men's-health category. D-aspartic acid was hyped for T-boosting but the Melville 2015 RCT found no effect in trained men, and DAA can actually LOWER testosterone with continued use. Fenugreek (Testofen branded) has modest T support (Aswar 2010) at 600 mg. Blue Up historically uses proprietary blend structure that hides per-ingredient mg. Autofailed under proprietary_blend_hides_dose. Would move to Standard 55+ with per-ingredient mg disclosure, removal of D-aspartic acid (net-negative for T over time), and single-mechanism positioning around a specific evidence-based ingredient.
