Everything Vyvata knows about this product — the score, the evidence, the FAQ, and where else to find shopper reviews. No hidden data. Every vendor is scored on the same published rubric — no brand can pay for placement. Read the rubric →
The original Bucked Up Pre-Workout is the moderate-stim sibling to Woke AF — same fully-disclosed dosing philosophy, same 6 g L-citrulline malate, same brand-signature deer antler velvet, but with the caffeine dialed to 200 mg per scoop rather than the ~333 mg of Woke AF. That caffeine level is a genuine strength: it sits in the well-tolerated 150-250 mg range for a training session, leaves room in the day's total caffeine budget, and rarely causes the sleep-disruption problems the high-stim pre-workouts do. The 6 g of citrulline malate hits the evidence-supported pump/endurance range (Bailey 2015, Perez-Guisado 2010). Beta-alanine dosing is honest at label-decoration-vs-clinical (~2 g per scoop, below the 3.2-6.4 g ISSN dose but usable across the day). Alpha-GPC and taurine are present at sub-effective label-credibility doses. Deer antler velvet remains the brand-signature marketing input with no controlled human RCTs supporting the IGF-1 pathway claim at oral pre-workout doses. Manufacturing is cGMP-registered US contract; per-lot COAs available on request; no Informed Sport or NSF Certified for Sport designation on this SKU. Overall: this is the correct default Bucked Up SKU for most users — clean stim load, real citrulline dose, honest label, weaker on the cognitive/adaptogen stack. Would move to Verified 70+ with Informed Sport certification, clinically-dosed alpha-GPC (600 mg), and dropping the deer antler velvet marketing.
The Vyvata score's Evidence dimension measures the quality of published RCT support for a product's active ingredients at the label dose. Our source hierarchy: double-blind RCTs in MEDLINE-indexed journals > single-blind RCTs > open-label trials > observational studies > mechanism papers > N=1 case studies (anecdotes). Predatory journals and manufacturer-authored studies without independent replication are weighted down.
Product-specific evidence citations for this item are embedded in the analysis text on the "Analysis" tab. For the full framework and evidence hierarchy, see the methodology page.

The Vyvata score measures product integrity against a published rubric, not customer sentiment. Vyvata does not aggregate, republish, or license third-party reviews — the links below open search pages on their respective platforms.
Every VSF-related metafield surfaced verbatim. Nothing hidden. If you spot data that looks wrong, let us know.
Every score is set from the published rubric, audit-logged, and rescored whenever new evidence emerges (published trials, updated labels, third-party testing releases). Every vendor is scored on the same criteria — no pay-to-play. See our editorial-independence disclosure for the full policy, including brands with an editorial relationship to this site.
