Ancient Bliss ACV Capsules deliver 1,600 mg of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar 'with the Mother' per serving in an easy-to-take capsule format. 1,600 mg is roughly 2-3x higher than typical capsule ACV products and equivalent to roughly 7-8 ml of dehydrated liquid vinegar — still below the 15-30 ml (~3,000-6,000 mg equivalent) doses studied in the positive glycemic trials, and delivered in the format that breaks the acid-load timing mechanism the trials relied on. 'With the Mother' has limited meaning in a dehydrated-powder capsule format because biological content is degraded during processing.
