Standard adrenal-axis panel (typically cortisol, DHEA-S, ACTH) that hellohealth resells as a lab requisition — the underlying assays are well-validated at any CLIA lab, but hellohealth does not clearly disclose the processing lab on the product page, which is a real transparency gap under the Zero-Assumption Rule. Clinical utility is moderate: cortisol and DHEA-S are legitimate biomarkers in true adrenal insufficiency workups, but the popular 'adrenal fatigue' framing that drives most direct-to-consumer adrenal testing is not recognized by endocrinology. A single morning cortisol is a snapshot; ACR (cortisol awakening response) via 4-point saliva collection is the more rigorous protocol and is not what a single blood draw provides. Would move to Standard 65+ with clear lab disclosure and a 4-point diurnal cortisol option.
