Goli is one of the largest and most-recognized DTC ACV gummy brands, delivering 500 mg ACV per gummy (typical serving 2 gummies = 1,000 mg) with added B9 and B12 in a vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free format. Goli's manufacturing infrastructure is real and USA-based with cGMP certification, and the brand publishes more transparency than most ACV-gummy competitors. But the SKU faces the same structural problem as every other ACV gummy: pectin matrix buffers the acetic acid, gummy format bypasses the pre-meal timing window that positive glycemic trials (Johnston 2004, White 2007) required, and 500-1,000 mg per serving is 3-12x below the studied liquid-equivalent trial dose (~3,000-6,000 mg dehydrated).
