The base product — micro-filtered whey isolate at 25 g/scoop with low fat and low carbs — is a straightforward proven protein source that cleanly hits the muscle protein synthesis threshold. Isolate specifically (as opposed to concentrate or blend) reduces lactose content to under 1%, making it comfortable for mild lactose intolerance and appropriate for post-workout use. The 'Thavage lifestyle' branding is athlete-signature marketing. RAW Nutrition's documentation is decent for the sports space but not at NutraBio-level per-lot COA publication. The 2 lb tub size is a reasonable consumer trial size. Standard-tier competent whey isolate; the athlete-signature premium is real, and better-documented isolates at similar price points exist.
