That evidence is for standardized curcumin extracts (typically 95% curcuminoids) at gram-scale doses, not for whole turmeric root at undisclosed concentrations in a multi-herb tincture. The multi-herb 'inflammation' format also creates ambiguity — inflammation is not a single unified process, and marketing anti-inflammatory blends for undefined 'inflammation' is a mismatch with the granular immune biology (acute vs chronic, local vs systemic, cytokine-specific patterns).
