VeggieVerve/Livingston Naturals 'Lung & Breathing Cleanse' liquid formula with mullein, nettle, white horehound, osha root, elecampane, peppermint, eucalyptus, turmeric, black seed, and vitamin C. Two problems. First, 'lung cleanse' is unverified_medical_claim — the lungs have mucociliary clearance mechanisms that continuously clear inhaled particles in every healthy person, and there is no oral supplement that meaningfully 'cleanses' the lungs. Real respiratory conditions (COPD, asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, ILD) are diagnosed by pulmonology workup and treated with evidence-based medications. Substituting an herbal tincture delays treatment. Second, some individual ingredients have modest traditional-use evidence for cough/cold symptomatic relief (mullein, peppermint, eucalyptus have soothing effects), but osha root has documented liver toxicity in some case reports, and the multi-herb blend at undisclosed doses is proprietary_blend_hides_dose. Compound autofail on unverified_medical_claim (lung cleanse framing).
