Neurogan Health GHK-Cu Copper Peptide Tablets deliver 2 mg of the tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine chelated with copper per serving, marketed as an oral supplement for skin health. The core problem is mechanistic, not brand-related. GHK-Cu is a real molecule with a real evidence base — but exclusively for topical application. Every clinical study showing skin-remodeling, hair-growth, or wound-healing effects (Pickart 2015 reviews; Zhou 2020) used GHK-Cu delivered topically as a cream or serum, or intradermally via microneedling. Oral GHK-Cu is a peptide that will be enzymatically hydrolyzed to its constituent amino acids in the stomach and small intestine; no published human PK data shows intact GHK-Cu reaching skin capillaries from an oral tablet. Adding elemental copper (2 mg) does contribute to daily copper intake (RDA ~900 μg), but that is a mineral effect, not a peptide effect. Rejected — the product mechanism as marketed is not supported by human data, and the 'first of its kind' framing masks that fact.
The Vyvata score's Evidence dimension measures the quality of published RCT support for a product's active ingredients at the label dose. Our source hierarchy: double-blind RCTs in MEDLINE-indexed journals > single-blind RCTs > open-label trials > observational studies > mechanism papers > N=1 case studies (anecdotes). Predatory journals and manufacturer-authored studies without independent replication are weighted down.
Product-specific evidence citations for this item are embedded in the analysis text on the "Analysis" tab. For the full framework and evidence hierarchy, see the methodology page.

The Vyvata score measures product integrity against a published rubric, not customer sentiment. Vyvata does not aggregate, republish, or license third-party reviews — the links below open search pages on their respective platforms.
Every VSF-related metafield surfaced verbatim. Nothing hidden. If you spot data that looks wrong, let us know.
Every score is set from the published rubric, audit-logged, and rescored whenever new evidence emerges (published trials, updated labels, third-party testing releases). Every vendor is scored on the same criteria — no pay-to-play. See our editorial-independence disclosure for the full policy, including brands with an editorial relationship to this site.
