Rooted Owl Cardio Support is L-Carnitine + L-Taurine for canine cardiovascular support, particularly in aging dogs. Taurine deficiency is a documented cause of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) in cats and in certain dog breeds fed grain-free diets (see the FDA 2018-2022 grain-free DCM investigation, which centered on legume-heavy diets that may impair taurine synthesis). L-Carnitine has some canine cardiomyopathy evidence too. Ingredient logic is defensible for pets, but this is a pet supplement and outside Vyvata's evaluation scope.
